Damage: 1d12
Type: Greataxe
Proficiency Bonus: +2
Keywords: high crit, two-handed
Price: 30 gp

Physical Description:
A greataxe carved in the shape of a great wyrm, flat on its belly with its wings outstretched to rise perpendicular to its back — the aforementioned wings are the blade. Its steel has been forged in some exotic Eastern technique, but at the moment it does not seem to bear any magic.

Bastein’s personal weapon that he brought with him over the Eastern sea, he guards this axe fiercely and it is his most preferred means of bloodletting.

When asked about its history he claims that it was forged aeons ago in the flames of a mighty dragonborn warlord-smith’s heart, torn from his chest by his traitorous brother — whose blood was in turn used to quench the blade as it was buried in his chest. After its bloody creation, it has been handed down in Bastein’s clan as a symbol of servitude: its baptism in fire and blood has branded it with the highest honor, for even brother will slay brother where duty to the Empire is concerned.
